Absolutely Incredible

Frankly, I don't think I've ever heard anything quite like this on the portal. I've never heard any one song so skillfully combine and unify so many different themes and musical ideas into one composition without sounding schizophrenic. I can hardly believe I'm not joking as I'm typing this, but this track starts off with a gnarly, acid tinted hard techno chorus, slips into a hard electro line, samples the 1959 hit Shout, and SLAMS into a post-apocalyptic chiptune breakdown with glitchy beats. It breaks down to just the chiptune and samples Shout again, and then the melodies totally change again, while still retaining the same mood. Then the sample comes back, and it's sliced and chopped into the beat. After that, the track kicks into overdrive. Key change. The sample of Shout start losing its mind, accompanied by a sick beat and a mean bass line. This builds into what is EASILY one of the SICKEST electro bits I've ever heard. Then Fantomenk's trademark chiptune square blipping away. Another key change. Brand new melodies, brand new bassline. Quick little chorus, a sick break, and then a whole new part of the song starts. Brand new instruments. A vibrato'd saw comes in and wails off a SICK melody. More chirps from the square, and the beat hasn't taken a break for this ENTIRE masterpiece.
I wish I could write more, but I don't have time. My hat goes off to you, sir.

Fantomenk responds:

Thanks alot!

This review means so much more than 2000 ten pointers would do. Thanks for taking time to listen and write!

Sounds Similar to deadmau5 Remix of I'm Not Alone

Not that that's, like, bad or anything.

I produce and release shitty music, because I have a vendetta against people who like good music.
